A.V. Vedpuriswar is a highly accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in both academics and industry. He holds a PhD from Osmania University, a CFA from ICFAI University, a PGDM from IIM Calcutta and a B Tech (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Vedpuriswar has served as a Professor of Finance and Accounting at ICFAI, Senior Director of Global Leadership Development at Cognizant, Executive Director of Learning and Development at UBS and Assistant Vice President of Knowledge Management at Satyam Computer. He has held leadership positions at Tata Steel, Bry Air India, and Berger Paints. Vedpuriswar is a much sought-after educator and has taught courses in Corporate Risk Management, Financial Risk Management, Economics of Strategy, International Finance, and Digital Transformation. He has been a visiting faculty member at IIM Indore, SP Jain, Great Lakes, IMT Ghaziabad and IIM Raipur. He is also a prolific writer and has authored several books on Enterprise Risk Management, Business Innovation, A-Z of Strategy, Taking your Business Global, Knowledge Management from A to Z, Digital Transformation, and Indian Higher Education and National Education Policy. Vedpuriswar is an expert in case development and case teaching and has written several award-winning cases on Smart Communications, Environmental Pollution at Hindustan Unilever$s Kodaikanal plant, ICWAI, Unilever India, Tata Motors and CRISIL. He has co-authored cases with renowned professors from IIM Calcutta, ESMT, and MDI.

Dr. Arya Kumar completed his M.A. (Hons) in Economics (First Class First) in 1977 and a Ph.D. in Financial Management of Higher Education in India (1982) from BITS Pilani. He has over 44 years of diversified experience in educational institutions, research organizations, banks, and financial institutions.

Currently, he serves as Senior Professor and Dean of Alumni Relations at BITS Pilani. Previously, he was Director of Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM), New Delhi (2014-2016), where he played a significant role in academic administration, faculty development, and student engagement.

Dr. Kumar has published over 75 research papers in reputed national and international journals and has authored/co-authored four books in Entrepreneurship, General Management, and Ethics in Management. He has completed specialized programs at Stanford University, London Business School, Cambridge University, and the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN).

He is an Expert Member at Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, and has received several prestigious awards, including the PIMR Lifetime Achievement Award (2022) and the Entrepreneurship Educator and Mentor Special Jury Award (2015).

As a Member of the Academic Council at SGBS, he brings deep expertise in entrepreneurship education, innovation-driven learning, and strategic industry collaborations, ensuring that the institution remains aligned with global business trends.

Dr. R Sesha Iyer has been a key faculty member at SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), specializing in operations management, strategic planning, and institutional development. His academic journey includes multiple leadership roles in faculty governance, research, and executive training programs.

Dr. Iyer has designed and led numerous faculty training initiatives and industry-academia collaboration programs at SPJIMR and other reputed management institutions. He has authored several research papers, case studies, and books in the fields of operations strategy, process optimization, and leadership transformation.

His work extends beyond academia, as he actively consults corporate firms and government agencies on business strategy, digital transformation, and education reform. He has played an instrumental role in bridging industry-academia gaps through strategic collaborations.

As a Member of the Academic Council at SGBS, Dr. Iyer contributes to academic excellence, program innovation, and the integration of industry best practices into the curriculum, ensuring that students receive practical, globally relevant management education.
