A.V. Vedpuriswar is a highly accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in both academics and industry. He holds a PhD from Osmania University, a CFA from ICFAI University, a PGDM from IIM Calcutta and a B Tech (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Vedpuriswar has served as a Professor of Finance and Accounting at ICFAI, Senior Director of Global Leadership Development at Cognizant, Executive Director of Learning and Development at UBS and Assistant Vice President of Knowledge Management at Satyam Computer. He has held leadership positions at Tata Steel, Bry Air India, and Berger Paints. Vedpuriswar is a much sought-after educator and has taught courses in Corporate Risk Management, Financial Risk Management, Economics of Strategy, International Finance, and Digital Transformation. He has been a visiting faculty member at IIM Indore, SP Jain, Great Lakes, IMT Ghaziabad and IIM Raipur. He is also a prolific writer and has authored several books on Enterprise Risk Management, Business Innovation, A-Z of Strategy, Taking your Business Global, Knowledge Management from A to Z, Digital Transformation, and Indian Higher Education and National Education Policy. Vedpuriswar is an expert in case development and case teaching and has written several award-winning cases on Smart Communications, Environmental Pollution at Hindustan Unilever$s Kodaikanal plant, ICWAI, Unilever India, Tata Motors and CRISIL. He has co-authored cases with renowned professors from IIM Calcutta, ESMT, and MDI.

Kaza Sudhakar is a retired Managing Director of Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran (P) Limited, a subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India. With over 35 years of experience in the banking sector, he has a wealth of knowledge in various areas of finance, including payments and settlements, customer service and financial inclusion. Throughout his career, Kaza has been actively involved in the implementation of innovative projects and has played a crucial role in the demonetization exercise of 2016. After retiring from the Managing Director position at Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran (P) Limited, Kaza has taken on various roles as a consultant and advisor. He is currently serving as the Non-Executive Chairman of Digit Secure Private Limited, a last-mile payment solutions company, as well as a Director of Securum ARC and a Board Advisor to EPS Ltd in Mumbai. Kaza is also a member of the Governing Body of Badruka Group of Institutions in Hyderabad. Kaza$s education includes a B.Sc degree from Nizam College and an MBA from Osmania University, as well as a Visiting Scholar of Finance at the College of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati and a Senior Executive Fellow at the Kennedy School at Harvard University. Throughout his career, Kaza has been deputed to several central banks, multilateral institutions and banks across the world for training programs and has represented RBI in several global conferences. He has also published articles on payment systems and has been a speaker at numerous national and international conferences and universities.

Overview

Mr. P.V. S. Suryakumar joined NABARD in 1986 and has handled a variety of functions; appraisal, funding & monitoring of projects, headed & implemented various types of programs, training, policy, advocacy & communications. He worked across the geographies; Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, West Bengal, New Delhi and Karnataka.

Academically, he obtained a Masters in Plant Genetics from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi in 1986. He is a Commonwealth Scholar and obtained Masters in Sustainable Development from the Staffordshire University, Stroke-on-Trent, UK in 2010. He undertook the 25th Management Education Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 2001.

He is an Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance.

He is an author of cases, contributed to newspapers on policy issues and published two books on Cases and Sustainable Agriculture.
