Rama Subramaniam Gandhi is a seasoned financial expert and advisor, lending his expertise to fintech companies, investors and funds. With a background as a former Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India and a 37-year career in central banking, Gandhi possesses a wealth of knowledge on financial regulations and the Indian economy. He has held positions as an independent director of several financial entities and has been recognised for his contributions in the field through his involvement with various committees, including the Monetary Policy Committee and the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. Gandhi also holds a Masters in Economics from Annamalai University and additional certificates in Management Information Systems, Capital Markets and Gandhian Thoughts.

Bharat Bhasker is a transformational leader and institution builder with 27 years of experience as a professor in higher education. He has a PhD in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is skilled in lecturing on IT strategy, Digital Transformation and Business Process Re-Engineering. He has authored two books, "Electronic Commerce: Framework Technologies & Applications" and "Recommender Systems in Ecommerce." Bharat has held senior positions at IIM Lucknow and Raipur, Sybase, MDL Information System, Hughes STX Inc. and Hughes Systique Corporation. He has received several awards for his contributions, including the Research Productivity Award from NASA and Asia's Best Professor of Information Technology Award.

Dr. Uday Balakrishnan is a member of the 1975 batch of the Indian Postal Service. He graduated from Andhra University with a Masters in Politics & international law and later obtained his PhD Political Science - Karnatak University - Dharwad - Karnataka. He has been a visiting fellow at prestigious institutions like the Centre for Contemporary Studies-IISc, National Institute of Advanced Study (NIAS) and the Central European University (CEU) Budapest (now in Vienna). He has headed two large staff training centres and also served as the administrative head (Registrar) of the Indian Institute of Science (IISc.) –Bengaluru. Dr. Balakirshnan is a prolific columnist and reviewer of books for some of India's finest newspapers, 'The Hindu' and the 'BusinessLine,' and the Bulletin of the Centre for Policy Studies –Vishakhapatnam. He is Principal Adviser to India's premier art & cultural event, the Kochi Muziris Biennale. In 2018 he conceptualized and co-organized one of India's largest cartographic exhibitions, 'INDIA ON OUR MIND,' at the Indian Institute of Science- Bengaluru.

Dr. Chandan Chowdhury is a Senior Associate Dean and Practice Professor of Operations Management and Information Systems at the Indian School Of Business (ISB). He returned to academia in 2017 after spending 17 years in the corporate world, where he served as the Vice President of Global Affairs and Business Development at Dassault Systèmes and as a Country Manager of The Software Group at IBM. With a double doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Chowdhury has been recognised for his expertise in innovation and technology-enabled business transformation. Before joining ISB, Dr. Chowdhury was a professor and dean at the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE). At Dassault Systèmes, Dr. Chowdhury helped accelerate India's growth through digital transformation by aligning the company's technology and platform with the government's national agenda. He was responsible for driving similar strategies in neighbouring countries and he played a critical role in expanding the company's footprint across various sectors.

Dr. Harivansh Chaturvedi has more than 42 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. Being a renowned management educationist, he has been deeply involved with national bodies like AIMA, NHRD, AIMS, and the Indian Management Conclave (IMC). Dr. Chaturvedi is also a member of the Governing Council and Chair of the Membership Committee of the UN Global Compact Network India. Dr. Chaturvedi is editor-in-chief of four reputed refereed journals: Business Perspective, The Journal of Insurance & Risk Management, and the Indian Retail Review.

Dr Jain is a start-up evangelist and mentor at T-Hub, Hyderabad, playing a proactive role in building India's start-up ecosystem. A distinguished academician with over 150 international and national publications to his credit. Dr Jain, serves on several expert committees for Govt. of India – BIS (Bureau of Indian standards, Ministry of Consumer Affairs Food and Public Distribution) Working Group for Sustainable Finance (ISO/TC/322); sub-committee on SWAYAM for curriculum mapping by UGC & AICTE (Ministry of Education, GOI); Member Board of Studies All India Management Association (AIMA). Dr Jain also serves on management committees & Boards of industry/academic associations such as DSI (USA), Asia Pacific Division DSI, HMA, FTCCI, AIMS-Telangana, ASSOCHAM, EndNow Foundation, to name a few. Prior to his appointment as Founding Director SGBS, Dr. Jain served as Founding Director of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management at Hyderabad and founding Director & Associate Dean at Symbiosis Center for Research and Innovation at SIU Pune. He has been conferred with several awards including ‘8th Dr. Suresh Ghai Memorial Award for Outstanding Business School Director’ by Higher Education Forum; ‘Academician Excellence Award 2021’ by HMA; ‘Best Director of B-school 2018’ by ISDSI; ‘Distinguished services, 2019’ by Asia Pacific DSI, 'Researcher of the Year' award 2004 for best contribution at an international conference, Shiksha Rattan Award (2013) by Indo US friendship society and several others. Jain is a PhD and a Post-Graduate (MBA) in business management with specialization in market micro-structure, strategy, corporate Finance and ICT.

Arvind Vasudeva is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 18 years of experience as a Business Head, COO, and CEO. Throughout his career, Arvind has demonstrated exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking. He has played key roles in transforming companies through business and balance sheet restructuring, as well as managing company acquisitions and mergers. Arvind has also built several market-leading brands, both from the launch and trailing stages. In recognition of his achievements, he has been awarded the "Udyog Ratna Award" by the Institute of Economic Studies. In addition to his executive experience, Arvind is a certified CEO/Executive Coach and has held leadership positions in various forums of the pharma industry and management institutes. He is currently a Promoter Director of Sanmed Healthcare, a B2B company in the healthcare industry and a founder trustee of Infection Control Academy of India.

He has a postgraduate degree in business management from Ivy League institutions and has completed a fellowship programme in redefining institutional strategies for excellence at QS I Gauge in collaboration with OP Jindal University and the University of Southampton. He has worked with Columbia Broadcasting Service, Business Press, Gadgil Western Group, the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and Planman Consulting.

Currently, he is engaged as Chief Executive Officer (Education) at SPARSH Group, which deals in polyester films, packaging, hospitality and renewable energy. He is the editor of Blogopedia, a monthly magazine and an ambassador for hundrED, a Finland-based global NGO. He has also been associated with various boot camps and evaluated start-up organisations with IIM Lucknow, BIMTECH, and the Korea Institute of Startup and Entrepreneurship Development.

To honor his contribution towards education and academic excellence, The Economic Times has named him amongst "The Inspiring Leaders of North India" for three consecutive years, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Dr. Asha Bhandarker is formerly the Raman Munjal Chair Professor of Leadership Studies as well as Dean at MDI-Gurgaon. She has been Independent Director on the board of Punjab National Bank 2018-2021 and Currently Director on the Board of IMT Ghaziabad.

She is well known in the field of Leadership and HR as a scholar, consultant, and researcher and has published 9 books and numerous research papers.

She has worked closely with top teams of many public sector banks as a consultant, trainer and member of various HR committees banks like BOB and PNB among others. She has conducted Board levels and Top management workshops for numerous organizations, across Public Sector as well as the Private sector.

She has received accolades and awards for her work including the Senior Fulbright Fellowship for Research, Leadership Thinker Award, Woman of Excellence Award, Best Teacher award.

Dr. Bhandarker is a psychologist by training, a management professor by designation and a leadership coach and counsellor by passion.
