We live in an age defined by digital disruption, environmental urgency, global unpredictability, and shifting social and economic priorities. In such times, education; especially management education cannot operate in silos. It must be integrated, interdisciplinary, and responsive to the complex realities of the world we live in.

Today’s business environment, shaped by rapid advances in Artificial Intelligence and constant market changes; demands professionals who are not just skilled, but also adaptable, thoughtful, and ethically grounded. The risk of becoming obsolete is high if we do not respond with clarity, authenticity, and a sincere commitment to creating real value. At Sparsh Global Business School (SGBS), we are building a new kind of learning environment; where progressive thinking meets strong values, and tradition is reimagined through a contemporary lens. We strive to close the gap between academia and industry, and between knowledge and action.

For me, management education is not just about delivering content or mastering business tools. It is about shaping individuals who think deeply, act responsibly, and lead with purpose. My philosophy centres on preparing students to become conscious professionals who are grounded in wisdom, driven by intent, and ready for a dynamic world. At SGBS, we are guided by the philosophy of the 4Ps—Purpose, Planet, People, and Profit. This approach is reflected in everything we do starting from curriculum designing to teaching methodologies for industry engagement and student holistic development. We aim to nurture business leaders who understand that long-term success is built not just on performance, but on empathy, equity, and environmental stewardship.

Our academic foundation is built on the 4Es—Experiential, Experimental, Entrepreneurial, and Environmental, which itself depicts our pedagogy for creating a learning experience that is practical, reflective, and future-oriented.
