Prof. Robert W. McGee is a renowned academic at Fayetteville State University with 23 degrees, including 13 doctorates. Ramachandran (NAT) Natarajan is a W. E. Mayberry Professor of Management and the Associate Dean of the College of Business at Tennessee Tech University. In 1993, the Journal of Operations Management named him one of the "Top 100 Researchers" in operations management. His research interests are in the areas of management of operations, technology and innovation, quality and performance management, supply chain management and global aspects of operations. He has authored and co-authored books, case studies, and monographs on manufacturing, supply chain management, quality management and performance management, which have won him many accolades and awards. He went to IIT-Madras for his B.Tech., IIM-Calcutta for his PGDM, the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University for his Master's, and the University of Kansas for his Ph.D. in business.

Sanjay Jain, an Associate Professor at The George Washington University, has been teaching and conducting research in the areas of Supply Chain Management and Emergency Response Project Management. His areas of expertise have been in simulations and discrete Event Simulation. Kumar Shreshtha is a doctoral student at the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta with a PhD in Marketing. He completed his eMBA in General Management Programme at XLRI Jamshedpur and obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering at MNIT Jaipur. He attended St. Michael's High School in Patna for his secondary education. Prof. Fulufhelo Netswera is the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences at Durban University of Technology (DUT). He has held various positions in the academic and business sectors, including Director of the Northwest University Business School, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), Director of the South African BRICS Think Tank (SABTT) at the National Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences (NIHSS), and Research Management Director at the University of South Africa (UNISA), among others. He has also served as a non-executive director at PIKITUP (City of Johannesburg), the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) and the South African Business School Association (SABSA). Dr Arun Kumar Rath (M.Sc. Physics, Ph.D Business Administration and D.Litt.) is an eminent civil servant, distinguished Professor, corporate advisor and author. He is Chairman & Professor, Centre of Corporate governance, CSR & Sustainability at Indian Institute of Management Nagpur. Dr Rath joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1973 and served as the Joint Secretary (Public Enterprises), Additional Secretary (Steel) and Secretary, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. After superannuation, Dr Rath has been Visiting Professor in leading business schools in the area of corporate governance, public policy, CSR, business ethics and sustainability. He served as Independent Director in the Boards of Directors of a number of blue chip Indian companies in steel, coal and petroleum sectors.
