Project-Based Experiential Learning

Engaging in Virtual projects based on experiential learning with participants from different countries have given students an understanding of the multi-market mechanism, virtual teamwork, complexities of working across time zones, and working and collaborating with teams with different cultural orientation.

The projects students to draw upon their knowledge of business management such as communications/negotiations, required to manage a global business, operations management, information systems, marketing, and accounting/finance.

The primary objective of such projects is to solve a real problem faced by international organizations.
